Ph.D. at DIET

DIET offers a highly specialized Ph.D. program within which high-standard research and teaching  are carried out. The title of the Ph.D. program and corresponding degree is “Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)”. The Ph.D. program is structured into four curricula, that cover the general research areas that characterize DIET, and that are listed as follows:

1) “Ph.D.  in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)” in Applied Electromagnetics (Curriculum 1);

2) “Ph.D.  in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)” in Information and Communication Engineering (Curriculum 2);

3) “Ph.D.  in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)” in Electronic Engineering (Curriculum 3);

4) “Ph.D.  in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)” in Radar and Remote Sensing (Curriculum 4).

For each curriculum, a wide range of activities and research investigations can be addressed during the Ph.D. program, thanks to high-profile of the DIET research staff and the availability of outstanding laboratories and research tools.
